Ronin Privacy Policy

Protecting Your Privacy

We strongly believe in protecting your privacy. We've put together this privacy policy to explain how your information is protected, stored, and used. This privacy policy applies to our web site, as well as our Ronin software applications (collectively, the "Applications"). By using the Applications, you consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and are aware that our policies may evolve in the future.

Data Collection and Storage

We collect and store all information provided during the sign up process. This includes email, group or company information, administrator name, and contact phone number. This information will not be disclosed to any third-party without your explicit consent, except in cases of mergers or acquisitions by third parties. Additionally this data may be altered under Account Settings within the Application and permanently removed upon closure of your account.

Ronin also collects credit card or payment information for paid subscriptions. This information will be securely stored with a third party specialized in the handling of such information, such as a credit card payment gateway or other payment vendors.

Ronin also collects and stores any information provided during usage of the Applications. This includes any Personally Identifiable regarding Clients/Customers ("Client Data") that may be provided to Ronin. This information will not be disclosed to any third-party without your explicit consent, except as aggregate, statistical information that will not include any identifying information.

Ronin uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Applications. However, you retain all rights to your data.

Ronin uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provisioning, identification and authentication, services improvements, contact, and research.

Account cancellation results in a complete removal of your data from our live systems. Back-up and archival data will be retained, but not accessible except for the purposes of a complete restoration of our systems for emergency use. Back-up data will be limited to no more than 60 days.

Analytics and Tracking

When accessing the Application, anonymized usage information will be collected for analytics purposes.

Ronin shares website traffic data with Google Analytics for the purposes of display advertising. You may opt out of Google Analytics in your Google Ads Preference Manager.

Access

You may alter, add, or delete your Personally Identifiable Information at any given time by accessing your account settings. This includes but not limited to your full name, email address, company name, company logo, billing information, profile photo, etc. You may also contact us at support@roninapp.com to correct, update, or delete and deactivate our record of your Personally Identifiable Information.

You always have the freedom to choose what information is disclosed to us. Keep in mind however that certain features of our product and service will require your Personally Identifiable Information and Client Data. You may add, update, and or delete information you have disclosed to us by contacting us. Please note that we may retain some information for internal use but never in a way that will be Personally Identifiable. In addition, if we obtain a request from an identified Client User who wishes to obtain access to delete their Personally Identifiable Information then we will do so with notice to the accounts that are associated with that Client User.

Disclosure

Ronin may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas. Additionally, we may cooperate with governing bodies such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in matters relevant to data transfer across national borders. We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we believe is necessary to enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Ronin, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any given time. Change in ways we collect and user Personal Information will be announced on our website or within your user account.

Ronin is a product of Lantirn Incorporated. Lantirn Incorporated complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Lantirn Incorporated has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Lantirn Incorporated has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU and Switzerland. This may include resolution through binding arbitration if invoked. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU or Swiss individuals, received pursuant to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, Lantirn Incorporated is potentially liable.
